About Me
I’m Eniko, a qualified Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist, with a deep commitment to supporting others in achieving a more balanced and fulfilling life. Originally from Hungary, I moved to the UK in 2009 and have since developed a practice grounded in science-based therapeutic approaches.
My work is centred on compassion, understanding, and a belief in the human capacity for change.
I specialise in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy—a powerful, evidence-based approach that supports people in shifting their mindset, breaking free from unhelpful patterns, and rediscovering their confidence.
All my sessions are delivered via secure video calls, giving clients the flexibility to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of their own home. This way of working also allows me to connect with people across the UK and beyond, removing barriers and making therapy more accessible to those who may otherwise struggle to attend in-person appointments.
My Education
My curiosity about the mind and human behaviour started early in life. I’ve always been fascinated by what drives our thoughts, emotions, and actions. That interest led me to study Psychology and Counselling at degree level, providing me with a solid foundation in both theoretical knowledge and practical therapeutic skills.
While my academic background gave me a strong understanding of traditional approaches to mental health, I sensed there was more to explore—something that could bridge the gap between talking therapies and tangible results. That’s when I discovered Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.
During my education, I learned how neuroscience and positive psychology can be combined with clinical hypnotherapy to create lasting change. This training not only deepened my expertise, but it also reshaped how I work with clients—placing their strengths, goals, and future vision at the centre of every session.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a gentle yet highly effective method that empowers people to take control of their mental wellbeing. Unlike traditional approaches that focus heavily on analysing the past, this form of therapy centres on what’s going right, what strengths you already possess, and how you can move forward.
It blends talking therapy techniques with guided relaxation and positive suggestions, helping the brain to access a more resourceful, calm state. In this state, it’s easier to process challenges, reduce anxiety, and build new, healthier thought patterns.
The aim isn’t to dig through every detail of what’s gone wrong, but to explore what life could look like when things start going right. It’s a refreshing, encouraging way to tackle issues such as anxiety, stress, low mood, phobias, or even sleep problems.
I chose this approach because I experienced the power of hypnotherapy firsthand in my early 20s. It helped me reshape my perspective on life and myself in a deeply positive way. What draws me to it even more is how it honors the individual—it trusts in your capacity to change, and I’m here to support and guide you on that journey.

This remote format means no travel, no traffic, and no added pressure – just you, in a space where you feel comfortable, with time dedicated entirely to your needs. It’s also ideal for those with busy schedules, mobility challenges, or those living in remote areas.
My approach is collaborative and non-judgemental. I take the time to truly listen, to understand what matters most to you, and to help you take meaningful steps forward – at your own pace.
